  • Leadership Trainings

    This foundational & interactive training should be given first and benefits new and seasoned leaders.

    The training inspires supervisors to accomplish their own personal best while gaining the knowledge needed to coach employees to achieve their potential. Good leadership requires setting goals, clear communication, and inspiring employees to follow your lead which will increase productivity. This interactive workshop will identify and teach important skills to give your management team the foundation needed to be excellent leaders.

    Also, the feedback from participants is consolidated to create a confidential, diagnostic assessment with recommendations.

    Participants will learn:

  • One-On-One Leadership Coaching

    This is an excellent opportunity for a leader to spend one-on-one time with an objective job coach. Work style, communication approach, interactions, and behavior will be assessed during a normal day’s activities.  The job coach will identify areas where the supervisor can strengthen their leadership skills. Midday, the coach will have a discussion with the supervisor and share the morning’s observations and feedback. The supervisor will then be given assignments to perform in the remainder of the day.

  • Supervisor Training

Often, supervisors need additional knowledge regarding the best actions to take from a legal and best-practices standpoint. We apply the appropriate laws as well as the company’s policies and procedures.

    What is harassment? How do you prevent harassment from occurring? What should managers do to protect their employees? And if a complaint is filed, what steps should be taken? This training covers both a hostile work environment and sexual harassment.

    Participants will learn:

    - What behavior is appropriate/not appropriate and why?

    - How to identify types of harassment

    - How to report harassment

    - How to address the alleged harasser

    - What is an employee’s responsibility to report and the supervisor’s responsibility to take immediate, appropriate, corrective action

  • Communication Training

    Effective leaders bring out the best quality work in employees through clear communication. This interactive workshop is designed to help improve your employees’ interactions in the workplace. Participants will learn how to listen carefully and ask the right questions and recognize nonverbal messages. This workshop will help participants who are struggling to find a balance between being assertive and passive.

    Participants will:

    - Identify their communication style and learn how to work with other styles

  • Conflict Resolution Training

    Participants will learn that conflict is inevitable, but it can be handled productively. Conflict is an opportunity to clarify workplace values and improve relationships. The class will address eliminating avoidance behaviors that decrease effectiveness and performance. Becoming more confident in the ability to manage conflict will greatly enhance morale, productivity, and performance.
